Fantasy Impact:
It was reported that Hill will make $3 million with an additional $9.5 million in performance bonuses. He won’t be ready to pitch until June or July as he continues to recover from elbow surgery performed in late October. Hill doesn’t log many innings, but his numbers on a per game basis are strong. He finished 2019 with a (4-1) record, 2.45 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 78 strikeouts across 58 1/3 innings. When healthy, Hill will serve as the third or fourth starter out of the Twins rotation.
