Fantasy Impact:
Puk debuted with the A's last season by making 10 appearances out of the bullpen. The 24-year-old, who missed all of 2018 due to Tommy John surgery, is finally ready to show what he can do as a starter at the big league level. It's unclear if he'll begin the season in the Oakland rotation but we should see him by May at the latest.
