Fantasy Impact:
The Red Sox are just being cautious with their ace southpaw. The good news is his pitching arm is fully healthy following an injury-plagued, up-and-down 2019 campaign. Even during a "down" season Sale still struck out a whopping 218 hitters in just 147 1/3 innings pitched. If he stays healthy all year his current ADP will make him an absolute steal.
