Fantasy Impact:
Verdugo basically missed the last two months of 2019 with oblique and back injuries. It appears that the back is still an issue. Speier writes that this injury was known during negotiations with the Dodgers but it's certainly not what Red Sox fans want to hear. More should be known about Verdugo's Opening Day availability in the coming weeks.
