Fantasy Impact:
This was an honor annually given to Madison Bumgarner before he left for the Diamondbacks this off-season. Cueto returned from Tommy John surgery to pitch in September last year, posting a 5.06 ERA in 16 innings. It's worth noting that in 2018 he had a 3.23 ERA in 53 innings before undergoing Tommy John. He's basically free in drafts right now and certainly has upside if he stays healthy.
