Fantasy Impact:
The fact the Mike Napoli has carved himself out a nice MLB career without getting a good nights sleep is impressive in and of itself. He's always been a streaky hitter and that's unlikely to change, but you have to figure that sleeping better can only help the 33 year old entering a contract year. Napoli is also projected to hit down the in Red Sox order where he has seen the most success in his career.
