Fantasy Impact:
It doesn't appear to be a serious issue and the Dodgers are likely just playing things safe. The 22-year-old posted a 3.63 ERA with 32 strikeouts in 34 2/3 innings with the Dodgers last season. It's unclear whether or not he'll be a full-time rotation member entering 2020. One would figure he splits time between the rotation and bullpen.
