Fantasy Impact:
Honeywell missed the entire 2018 season due to Tommy John surgery and then missed all of 2019 after fracturing his elbow. Still just 24 years old, Honeywell is a former elite pitching prospect who could debut with the Rays later this summer if all goes well. Obviously there will be some intense innings limits over the next couple of years, however.
