Zack Wheeler allows two earned runs in Spring debut

Phillies pitcher Zack Wheeler allowed two earned runs on one hit and one walk while striking out two over two innings in his Spring debut with his new team on Saturday. Both runs came on a two-run homer off the bat of Toronto’s Danny Jansen.
Fantasy Impact:
Wheeler signed a five year, $118 million deal with the Phillies this offseason, so expectations are high. After striking out 195 batters over 195 1/3 innings for the Mets last season, Wheeler is expected to step in and help anchor a Phillies staff that struggled behind Aaron Nola last year.
