Fantasy Impact:

Alvarez will miss the next few days to manage his knee soreness. The move sounds precautionary, and it was reported Alvarez would be shutdown for three-to-four days. Alvarez is currently 27th overall in the expert consensus rankings. He will look to build on his rookie campaign, where he slashed .313/.412/.655 with 27 homers, 78 RBI and 58 runs scored across 87 games.
