Tyler Beede to undergo Tommy John surgery

Fantasy Impact:
Beede underwent multiple opinions on his elbow before making this decision. He was originally diagnosed with a flexor strain as well as the UCL sprain. The Giants probably figured that if Beede might need the surgery that now is as good of a time as ever.
