Fantasy Impact:
Mancini had a malignant tumor removed from his colon on Thursday. The 28-year-old still has to undergo further testing but this is certainly good news. Even if we knew a start date for the MLB season we wouldn't yet have a timetable on when Mancini would be game-ready.
