Collin McHugh still not throwing

Chris Cotillo reports that Red Sox pitcher Collin McHugh is still not throwing, but that he is otherwise coming along well. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears that the Red Sox are opting to take it slow with the veteran despite his clearance medically to resume throwing. This makes sense with the delay of the start of the season and its unknown duration. McHugh has proven fantasy relevant in the past in a swing role, and he should again be used out of the bullpen and as a starter in 2020. He's currently outside the top 100 SPs in our expert consensus rankings, but he's someone that could see time as a starter while carrying the RP eligibility in fantasy formats.
