Jarred Kelenic, other top prospects expected to be on Mariners' taxi squad

Specifically, Stanton named Jarred Kelenic, Julio Rodriguez, Cal Raleigh, George Kirby, Logan Gilbert, and even 2020 first-rounder Emerson Hancock. The taxi squad will function as a reserve roster for MLB teams amid the COVID-19 pandemic this summer. While this is exciting to hear it certainly doesn't mean that any of them will receive major league playing time this year. Kelenic and Rodriguez are viewed as top-10 overall prospects within the sport.
