Fantasy Impact:
Most every MLB team is including their top prospects on their 60-man roster so they can continue developing them. For the Angels, that includes Detmers, the team's first-round pick this year out of Louisville. The 20-year-old southpaw doesn't have an overpowering fastball but has elite command and control, which could help accelerate his path to the bigs.
