Roberts was unable to specify why Jansen hasn’t report to summer camp, but is hopeful he will show up soon. It is unclear at this time when Jansen will report to summer camp or if it will affect his Opening Day’s status. Jansen recorded 33 saves with a 3.71 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 80 strikeouts across 63 innings in 2019. If Jansen were to miss any time, look for Pedro Baez to earn save opportunities.
