Sanchez was not present at the stadium for the team's first official day of workouts Saturday, though manager Aaron Boone indicated that it was a matter of the catcher not completing intake protocol. The veteran catcher finished 2019 with 34 home runs and 77 RBI over 102 games and should be among the catching leaders in homers in 2020.
