Brad Keller tests positive for COVID-19

Brad Keller has tested positive for COVID-19 and will isolate for 14 days, per the MLB protocols. (Jeffrey Flanagan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Keller was slated to be near the top of the Royals' rotation in 2020, but it is unclear if he will be ready by Opening Day. He will have to test negative twice before returning to summer camp. Keller posted a 4.19 ERA and very pedestrian 7.3% K-BB rate over 165 innings in 2019.
