Luis Cessa says he is recovered from COVID-19

Luis Cess (illness) is now asymptomatic and "feels really good," but he must produce two negative COVID-19 test results before reporting to camp, Marly Rivera of ESPN.com reports. (Marly Rivera on Twitter)
