Mitch Haniger (back) has yet to resume baseball activities and there’s a possibility he doesn’t play this season. (Ryan Divish on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Haniger was placed on the 60-day injured list and has yet to resume baseball activities. He underwent surgery on his lower back in February. Haniger needs additional time to recover and could possibly miss the entire 2020 season. The Mariners are being cautious with Haniger and are in no rush for him to take the field. Jake Fraley is expected to replace Haniger in left field.
