Willie Calhoun still uncomfortable at the plate

by Carmen Maiorano | Angels Correspondent | Fri, Jul 10th 7:36am EDT

Willie Calhoun is 'just about recovered' from a broken jaw injury that occurred in Spring Training, but he still needs to get more comfortable facing inside pitches. He also still has numbness in his cheek down to his chin, which is expected to stay with him for up to six months. (T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Calhoun took a Julio Urias pitch to the face in the spring, so it's understandable that he is still adjusting to being in the batter's box. With his power and place in the order, Calhoun makes for a good bet to outproduce his 171 ADP - even if he struggles with inside pitches this year.
