Alec Mills is currently the leading candidate to be the Cubs' fifth starter, but the Cubs are not fully certain on Mills winning the job just yet. (Jesse Rogers on Twitter)
Mills has shined in the majors (3.77 ERA, 10.83 K/9) over 57 innings, but his large minor league sample shows that he should negatively regress. Even if he wins the job, Mills is relevant in only very deep mixed leagues or NL-only leagues.
