DL Hall was added to the Orioles' player pool Friday. (Dan Connolly of The Athletic)
Fantasy Impact:
Hall is a top-five prospect for the Orioles, but he likely won't make his major league debut until 2022. He should be able to further develop his above-average fastball, curve, and changeup while improving his below-average command in off-site workouts.
