Red Sox manager Ron Roenicke said Collin McHugh (elbow) needs "to start progressing a lot faster" to be ready for the Opening Day roster, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports. (masslive.com)
McHugh, who signed a one-year deal with Boston in early March, has thrown bullpen sessions as he returns from an offseason non-surgical procedure for a flexor strain. Fantasy owners should continue to follow updates on the veteran pitcher to see when there is an actual target date to return.
