Eflin completed a bullpen session without any limitations. “It was beautiful," said Phillies' Pitching Coach Bryan Price. The 26-year-old could work his in into the rotation as a back-end starter. Eflin owned a 4.13 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 129:48 K:BB across 163 1/3 innings in 2019.
