Update: Reynaldo Lopez dealing with shoulder tightness

The White Sox announced that Reynaldo Lopez exited Sunday's start against the Twins with right shoulder tightness. (Bob Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
He'll be reevaluated by doctors on Monday. Lopez's velocity was down a bit while he was on the mound, which obviously isn't a good sign. The former top prospect gave up four runs in 2/3 of an inning before exiting.
