Ryan O'Hearn activated from 10-day IL

Ryan O'Hearn has been activated from the 10-day injured list. Richard Lovelady was optioned in a corresponding move.
Fantasy Impact:
O'Hearn tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month but is now ready to rejoin the ball club. He struggled with a .195/.281/.369 triple-slash line over 105 games in 2019 but the Royals have limited options at 1B with Ryan McBroom and Maikel Franco so O'Hearn figures to see a lot of playing time.
