Mike Foltynewicz has been designated for assignment, per manager Brian Snitker. He had just finished a start where he gave up six runs over 3 and 1/3 innings. (Mark Bowman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Foltynewicz's velocity was way down in summer camp and continued in his first start, and the Braves had seen enough. The former All-Star will surely get picked up by another team, but given what the Braves think of him, he is droppable in all formats.
