Stephen Strasburg (nerve) to miss second turn in rotation

Stephen Strasburg will miss a second consecutive start on Thursday. Erick Fedde will start in his place. Strasburg threw from 75-80 feet on Wednesday. If he feels good, he may throw a side session in a couple days, per manager Dave Martinez. (Jessica Camerato on Twitter)
