German Marquez strikes out eight in impressive outing

German Marquez improved to 1-1 on Wednesday in Oakland, allowing just one run over six innings while striking out eight.
Fantasy Impact:
Marquez allowed just four hits and one walk in the quality start. The 25-year-old has now given up just two runs in 11 2/3 innings on the young season. It's certainly noteworthy but it's important to point out that both of these starts have been on the road. His next one will come at home against the Giants.
