Evan Longoria expected back Thursday

Giants third baseman Evan Longoria is expected to be activated and return to the team on Thursday after beginning the season on the injured list due to an oblique injury. (Alex Pavlovic on Twitter)

Longoria hit .254 with 20 home runs in 129 games in 2019 and is expected to step back in as the team's everyday third baseman once he returns.
