Seranthony Dominguez finally undergoes Tommy John surgery

The Phillies announced Seranthony Dominguez underwent Tommy John surgery on Thursday. (Meghan Montemurro on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's unclear why it took Dominguez so long to have the surgery after he was recommended for it back in March. The COVID-19 pandemic obviously played a role in the delay but other players were able to get procedures done. Either way, the former elite setup man will likely. be sidelined through the 2021 season.
