Fantasy Impact:
Smith was a very late arrival to summer camp due to a positive COVID-19 test. He could be ready to rejoin the Braves sometimes next week and is expected to operate in a setup role. Mark Melancon picked up the save on Wednesday and will likely keep being used as more of a traditional closer. Smith will pitch in other high leverage situations, a la prime Andrew Miller.
