James Karinchak saves first game

Cleveland Indians reliever James Karinchak pitched a scoreless ninth inning to preserve a 2-0 win over the Twins on Thursday. He struck out one in the frame.
Fantasy Impact:
Karinchak needed just six pitches to earn the save. The young flamethrower normally operates in a setup role but Brad Hand had pitched the previous two nights. Hand also hasn't been particularly effective this season, so Karinchak could be next in line for saves if he continues to falter.
