Braves pitcher Sean Newcomb allowed six earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out four over 4 1/3 innings in a no-decision against the Mets on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Newcomb got knocked around by the Mets on Friday, but the Braves staged a late comeback against the New York bullpen to take the lefty off the hook for a loss. Newcomb had allowed just one earned run over 3 1/3 innings in his first appearance, but he'll now take an 8.22 ERA into his next start at home against the Blue Jays.
