Casey Mize could debut Sunday against Reds?

Jason Beck of MLB.com reports that Tigers manager Ron Gardenhire "strongly hinted" the team could promote Casey Mize to make his MLB debut on Sunday. (Jason Beck on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
"I think you guys have a pretty good feeling about it," Gardenhire said. Official word could come later today but savvy fantasy players might want to stash Mize now. The matchup with the Reds isn't ideal but the 23-year-old is too talented to pass up in fantasy leagues. Mize, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2018 draft, put up a 2.55 ERA and a 0.94 WHIP in 21 starts between Single-A and Double-A last year. He struck out 106 batters in 109 1/3 innings.
