Fantasy Impact:
Strasburg threw 31 pitches on Sunday and reportedly felt good. He seems close to rejoining the Nationals' rotation but it isn't a given that he'll start this week. Fantasy managers with weekly lineup decision might want to play it safe and plug someone else in.
