Roberto Osuna reportedly recommended for Tommy John surgery

Roberto Osuna has reportedly received a diagnosis that he needs to undergo Tommy John surgery to address his injured elbow. (Mark Berman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Osuna is currently getting a second opinion, but there's obviously been some damage to his UCL. Therefore, it seems highly unlikely that Osuna could pitch again this season even with conservative treatment. Ryan Pressly should be the unquestioned closer in Houston going forward. To the extent he is somehow available in your league, add him immediately.
