Nick Madrigal exits game after injuring forearm/wrist in slide

by Jon Mathisen | White Sox Correspondent | Tue, Aug 4th 9:49pm EDT

Nick Madrigal left Tuesday's game against the Brewers in the top of the third inning after apparently injuring his left wrist sliding into third base. (Vinnie Duber on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Madrigal was attempting to get from first to third on a Luis Robert single and looked to injure his wrist/forearm on the feet first slide. He got up and immediately grabbed his wrist but was able to walk off on his own. He was replaced at second base by Danny Mendick. Expect another update at the conclusion of the game.
