Jordan Yamamoto gives up four runs in four innings in debut
by Brendan Tuma | Fri, Aug 7th 6:25am EDT
Jordan Yamamoto received a no-decision in his first start of the year on Thursday against Baltimore, giving up four runs on six hits over four innings pitched.
Fantasy Impact:
Yamamoto allowed two homers, struck out four, and didn't walk anyone. The 24-year-old originally wasn't part of Miami's rotation plans but the team's COVID-19 outbreak has thrust him into a starting role. Yamamoto doesn't really have overpowering stuff and isn't must-own for his next outing on Wednesday against Toronto.
