Humberto Mejia made his MLB debut on Friday against the Mets, allowing one run over 2 1/3 innings while striking out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Mejia allowed two hits and walked two, needing 67 pitches to get through his outing. What's incredible is that the 23-year-old had never pitched above A-ball before this start. It's unclear what Miami's plans are for him moving forward, but he is worth keeping tabs on if he continues pitching well.
