Matt Shoemaker allowed three runs (two earned) on three hits and no walks while striking out six across six innings against the Red Sox. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Shoemaker had a nice bounceback from his last start when he gave up six runs to the Braves. The veteran righty now has a 5.86 ERA and 1.31 WHIP after three starts. He currently lines up to take his next turn in the rotation Sunday against Tampa Bay.
