Max Scherzer (hamstring) expected to make scheduled start Tuesday

Nationals ace Max Scherzer, who lasted just one inning in his last start due to a hamstring injury, is expected to make his scheduled start Tuesday against the Mets, Brittany Ghiroli of The Athletic reports. (Britt Ghiroli on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Scherzer is scheduled to face the Mets in New York on Tuesday, and all signs are pointing to him being able to go. For his part, Scherzer has downplayed the issue, and with a potential two-start week from the ace (he is expected to face the Orioles on Sunday), owners in weekly leagues should start him in their lineups.
