Mets starter Steven Matz allowed eight earned runs on eight hits and no walks while striking out five over 4 1/3 innings in Monday's loss to the Washington Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Matz now has an ERA of 8.20 through his first four starts. After allowing just one earned run in a quality start in his season debut against the Braves, Matz has allowed a combined 16 earned runs over his last three starts. His next start is scheduled to come against the Phillies in Philadelphia.
