Fantasy Impact:
VanMeter was optioned to the Reds alternate camp Thursday, but was recalled to the main roster Tuesday. He was hitless in first 14 at bats and stuck out a whopping seven times. Pedro Strop was placed on the injured list in a corresponding move.
