Fantasy Impact:
Cron dislocated his kneecap during Monday's game and was placed on the IL on Tuesday. The 30-year-old had signed a one-year deal with the Tigers over the offseason. It still remains to be seen how long he'll ultimately be sidelined for, but fantasy owners can feel free to move on.
