Astros utility infielder Aledmys Diaz has gone through agility work in Corpus Christi and has started taking batting practice and doing running drills, according to a report from Brian McTaggart of MLB.com. Diaz has been on the IL since the first game of the season due to a groin injury. (Brian McTaggart, MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

In 2019, Diaz batted .271 with nine home runs in parts of 69 games. He is a valuable depth piece for the Astros, but his fantasy value is limited at this point in his career.
