Sean Doolittle (knee) could face live hitters Friday

Nationals reliever Sean Doolittle threw 20 pitches today and "felt okay," and he could face live hitters at the team's alternate site Friday, according to manager Dave Martinez. (Jesse Dougherty on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Doolittle entered the season as the team's closer, but early struggles and an eventual injury led to Daniel Hudson assuming that role for the Nationals. He'll have immediate value when he returns in leagues that reward for holds, but he has no guarantee of seeing save opportunities this season.
