Red Sox' manager Ron Roenicke admitted Saturday that Andrew Benintendi (ribcage) is not close to a return according to Bill Koch of the Providence Journal. (Bill Koch on Twitter)

Benintendi landed on the IL on August 12th with a strained right rib cage, and the severity of the strain will apparently require him to be sidelined for more than 10 days. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on updates regarding the 26-year-old outfielder.
