Daniel Robertson was acquired by the San Francisco Giants for cash. He was designated for assignment in mid-August by Tampa Bay. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Robertson was acquired for cash considerations and will head to San Francisco's alternate site. He's likely to serve in a utility role if/when he's called up to the big league club. He hasn't appeared in a game in 2020 and put up a .213/.312/.295 batting line with two home runs and 19 RBI across 207 at-bats last season.
